In an attempt to better serve our Veterans in the areas in which they live, we have established VA Clinics in Berks, Cumberland, Lancaster, Schuylkill, and York Counties in addition to the primary care clinics located on our main campus in Lebanon. If you are a new patient, you may call 1 -800-409-8771, extension 6000, for information on scheduling appointments in these clinics. If you are already receiving VA care, you may call directly to your assigned clinic for information on appointments or other questions.

FROM THE WEST:  Travel Route 422 East.  Turn left at Mull Road (McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts on right).  Mull Avenue becomes Van Reed Road.  Cross over State Hill Road.  Continue and turn right onto Papermill Road (Turkey Hill on left).  Continue to second red light and make right onto Century Boulevard.  Clinic is up hill on right side.

FROM THE EAST:  Travel Route 222 West.  Take the Spring Ridge Drive exit.  Turn left onto Papermill Road.  Continue to red light and make left onto Century Boulevard.  Clinic is up hill on right side.

• Women’s Health Care including  annual breast and pelvic exams
• Occupational therapy (counseling and evaluation)

As a convenience to our patients, some services are offered by electronic means.  Individual or group appointments may be performed via video to the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility.  Also, various tests can now be performed at any one of the six outpatient clinics, with the analysis being performed at the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility.

VA Video Connect:
Providers at this location can provide care as appropriate using VA Video Connect technology.  If you have a smart phone, laptop or video capable desktop computer, you can connect to your provider via a scheduled  video appointment from the comfort of your home.
