COVID-19 vaccines

The Saving Lives Act of 2021 recently signed by President Biden expanded eligibility to COVID-19 vaccine to include:

  • Eligible Veterans: Anyone: who served in the U.S. military regardless of enrollment status, activation or discharge is eligible.
  • Eligible Spouses: Includes marriage, same-sex and common-law marriages, a widow or widower of a Veteran. If you characterize your relationship as spousal, you are eligible.
  • Eligible Caregivers:  A family member or friend who provides care to the Veteran, help the Veteran with personal needs like feeding, bathing, dressing or assist with tasks like shopping or transportation.

How to get your COVID-19 Vaccine through Lebanon VA Medical Center or one of our VA Community Clinics.

The Lebanon VA is currently vaccinating all enrolled veterans and Saving Lives Act individuals. Please do not delay getting your vaccine.  All vaccinations are by scheduled appointment unless otherwise advertised.

  • Call 717-228-5965 or 717-272-6621 extension 5965 to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.  A vaccine appointment will be scheduled at the Lebanon VAMC Vaccine Clinic (Building 24) or closest VA Community Clinic having available vaccine.  Once Saving Lives Act individuals are scheduled, a VA enrollment specialist will contact you to complete pre-registration.
  • Please arrive at the time and location specified for your appointment, early arrival is not necessary as a vaccine is matched to your appointment time.  A registration form will be completed upon your arrival for appointment.  Saving Lives Act individuals will need to indicate if they are a non-enrolled Veteran, spouse of a Veteran or caregiver of a Veteran.  Spouses and caregivers will also need provide the full name of their Veteran to complete the registration process.
