The North East Consolidated Patient Account Center (NECPAC), is one of seven regionally consolidated entities established to enhance revenue operations throughout the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) network by standardization and consolidation of billing and collection activities.
The Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) is located on the campus of the Lebanon VA Medical Center.
