Spinal Cord Injury Program

The Spinal Cord Injury team provides expertise to spinal cord injury patients, patients with multiple sclerosis, and their caregivers.  The team includes a rehabilitation specialist, neurologist, nurse, social worker and a primary care physician.  Services include a review of individual care needs, inclusion in a national registry, and, if required, referral to VA spinal cord injury centers.
