The PRRC is an outpatient curriculum-based transitional education center designed to guide and support Veterans through the transformation from traditional mental health treatment to a recovery-oriented model of care. The PRRC strives to nurture the human spirit, by teaching the requisite skills and enhancing the community-based supports that are essential for defining and realizing the Veteran's self-chosen mental health and community integration goals.
