Below is a list of services provided by local community agencies and veteran’s service organizations to assist individuals with improving access to VA care. North - Take 422 West to Route 356 (Lyndora Exit). Turn left at light signal ontoNew Castle Road. Turn right at the second light signal.


South – Follow Route 8 North to the Hansen Avenue Exit. Turn left at light signal onto New Castle Road. Travel approximately two miles; the facility is on the left.


East – Take Route 28 North to Route 422 West, exit onto to Route 356 (Lyndora Exit). Turn left at light signal ontoNew Castle Road. Turn right at the second light signal.

 

West - Take 79 North to Route 422 East, exit onto Route 356 (Lyndora Exit).  Turn left at light signal onto New Castle Road.  Turn right at second light signal.

 

Public Transportation *

Public transportation to the facility is very limited. Our location is a scheduled stop on the Butler Transit Authority's bus route.  Visit The Butler Transit Authority web site for information regarding schedules, stops, fares and schedules. (www.thebusbutlerpa.com)
