Community-Based Outpatient Clinics
In an attempt to better serve our veterans in the areas in which they live, we have established community-based outpatient clinics CBOCs in Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Schuylkill, and York Counties in addition to the primary care clinics located on our main campus in Lebanon. If you are a new patient, you may call 1 -800-409-8771, extension 6000, for information on scheduling appointments in these clinics. If you are already receiving VA care, you may call directly to your assigned clinic for information on appointments or other questions.

DIRECTIONS:

From Hanover: Take Route 30 East to Memory Lane. Go right at the end of the ramp onto Memory Lane.  Turn right on Eastern Blvd.   Turn right on South Royal St.   Turn left into the parking lot. Our clinic is on the first floor to your right as you enter the building.

From Lancaster:  Take Route 30 West to Mt Zion Rd (Rt. 24). Go left at the end of the ramp onto Mt. Zion Rd. Turn right on Eastern Blvd.   Turn right on South Royal St.   Turn left into the parking lot. Our clinic is on the first floor to your right as you enter the building.

From Lebanon: Take Route 72 South, to Route 30 West, to Mt Zion Road (Rt. 24). Go left at the end of the ramp onto Mt. Zion Rd. Turn right on Eastern Blvd.   Turn right on South Royal St.   Turn left into the parking lot. Our clinic is on the first floor to your right as you enter the building.

From Harrisburg: Take 83 South. Get off at Exit 21--Route 30 East.   Take Route 30 East to Memory Lane.  Go right at the end of the ramp.  Turn right on Eastern Blvd.   Turn right on South Royal St.   Turn left into the parking lot. Our clinic is on the first floor to your right as you enter the building.

From Stewartstown/Shrewsbury: Take 83 North. Get off at Exit 19.  Go right at the end of the ramp onto East Market Street (Route 462).   Turn right on South Royal St.   Turn right into the parking lot. Our clinic is on the first floor to your right as you enter the building.
