Community-Based Outpatient Clinics
In an attempt to better serve our veterans in the areas in which they live, we have established community-based outpatient clinics CBOCs in Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Schuylkill, and York Counties in addition to the primary care clinics located on our main campus in Lebanon. If you are a new patient, you may call 1 -800-409-8771, extension 6000, for information on scheduling appointments in these clinics. If you are already receiving VA care, you may call directly to your assigned clinic for information on appointments or other questions.

 Lancaster County

DIRECTIONS:

From Lebanon: Take Rte 72 South to Rte 283 East. Merge onto Rte 30 East.  Exit onto Greenfield Road going right on the exit ramp onto the bridge.  At the third traffic light, turn right onto William Penn Way.  Take your first right onto, Charter Lane.  Turn right into the 3rd driveway and we are at Suite 121.

From Reading or Denver area: Take Rte 222 South to Rt 30 East.  Exit onto Greenfield Road going right on the exit ramp onto the bridge.  At the third traffic light, turn right onto William Penn Way.  Take your first right onto Charter Lane.  Turn right into the third driveway and we are Suite 121.

From Gap, Strasburg area: Take 30 West passing Rockvale Square, exit right onto Greenfield Road.  Turn right at the light.  At the second light, turn right onto William Penn Way.  Take your first right onto Charter Lane.  Turn right into the third driveway and we are Suite 121.
