Community-Based Outpatient Clinics
In an attempt to better serve our veterans in the areas in which they live, we have established community-based outpatient clinics CBOCs in Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Schuylkill, and York Counties in addition to the primary care clinics located on our main campus in Lebanon. If you are a new patient, you may call 1 -800-409-8771, extension 6000, for information on scheduling appointments in these clinics. If you are already receiving VA care, you may call directly to your assigned clinic for information on appointments or other questions.

DIRECTIONS:

From the Shippensburg /Chambersburg/Carlisle Area: Take 81 North to 581 East (Camp Hill exit). Exit off the Camp Hill Exit ( Rte 15 N)  onto 32nd  St in Camp Hill. Go through 3 traffic lights and just through the 3rd traffic light on the right is the Camp Hill VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic. 

From the Hanover/Gettysburg/Dillsburg Area: Take Route 15 North to Camp Hill.  After crossing the overpass, go through 3 traffic lights and just through the 3rd traffic light on the right is the Camp Hill VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic.

From the York Area: Take 83 North to the Camp Hill/Harrisburg split and follow the signs for Camp Hill. Exit onto 581 West.  Exit 581 West at the Camp Hill Exit (Route 15 N). Go through 3 traffic lights and the clinic will be on your right just through the 3rd traffic light.
