Community-Based Outpatient Clinics
In an attempt to better serve our veterans in the areas in which they live, we have established community-based outpatient clinics CBOCs in Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Schuylkill, and York Counties in addition to the primary care clinics located on our main campus in Lebanon. If you are a new patient, you may call 1 -800-409-8771, extension 6000, for information on scheduling appointments in these clinics. If you are already receiving VA care, you may call directly to your assigned clinic for information on appointments or other questions.

 Berks County

From Lebanon: Take Route 422 East until it becomes Penn Avenue. Travel thru West Reading into Reading. Turn left onto 6th Street. St. Joseph’s Medical Center is on the right. Our clinic is on the 3rd floor of that building.

From the North: Take Route 61 South in to Reading. Take North Take North 5th Street to Walnut and 6th Street. St. Joseph’s Medical Center is on that corner. Our clinic is on the 3rd floor.
